Ian Knight to step down

Mehmet Mimolgu pays respect to our Secretary who will close the chapter with City Youth at the end of this season.

Ian's dedication and hard work to the Youth setup have always been huge over the last 3 years in the position of City Youth Secretary. Ian is a person with vast footballing knowledge and experience and has the answer to every question or problem that is thrown at him.

At Cambridge City Youth Offices, Mehmet spoke of Ian's his decision to step down at the end of this season, " I am really sorry that he will be leaving us at the end of the season and it will be really hard to replace him: I know that Ian will always have Cambridge City Youth FC in his heart and we will never lose touch".

We want to thank Ian for all the hard work he has given to the club and wants to wish Ian all the success in his new chapter with his commitment to football.
